Oasis Consulting Services, a woman-owned engineering firm specializing in environmental and geotechnical engineering for nearly three decades, is seeking a full-time business development manager to join our Roswell, Georgia or Canton, Georgia office.
- Target potential clients and leads related to geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing (CMT), environmental services, and testing laboratory
- Developing and maintaining ongoing client relationships in the public and private sector
- Attending and hosting booths at conferences, lunch & learns, and other similar industry networking events
- Identify potential opportunities for work for our geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing (CMT), environmental services, and testing laboratory
- Work in coordination with leadership, project managers, and the marketing team to achieve organization-wide goals
- Establish sales benchmarks for the Geotechnical Solutions and Environmental Solutions division
- Hybrid work environment with some travel involved (client visits, conferences, industry events, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of engineering sales, business development, or account management experience (geotechnical or environmental experience a plus)
- Adept understanding of engineering services
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
