Project Engineer

Position Summary: Oasis Consulting Services -- a small environmental and geotechnical engineering firm based in Roswell, Georgia -- is seeking a mid-level Project Engineer. Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) certification required, Georgia Professional Engineer (P.E.) license a plus. Prefer candidates with background in civil or environmental engineering. Experience with solid waste projects a plus but not required.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Project and budget management
  • Client interfacing
  • Analyzing and interpreting analytical data
  • Technical report writing
  • Proposal preparation & business development
  • Design review
  • Sampling of various media, including soil, surface water, groundwater and soil vapor (air sampling experience a plus but not required)
  • Environmental remediation
  • Subcontractor oversite
  • Performing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
  • Environmental compliance monitoring
  Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field; Master's degree a plus
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Willingness to travel in order to complete assignments
  • Ability to work outdoors and in certain weather conditions, as needed to visit job sites
  • Required: E.I.T. certificate
  • Preferred: Georgia P.E license
