Beginning in 2006, Oasis worked on various phases of the 5th Runway Project, performing services on several projects including initial site preparation and drainage relocation, runway earthwork, and actual runway construction. We also performed geotechnical engineering evaluations and quality control testing and inspection services. From 2017 to 2020 Oasis performed Quality Control Inspection and Materials Testing Services as the On-Call Geotechnical Consultant for various contractors on behalf of the City of Atlanta.

Oasis was responsible for Ramp 3 and 1N Pavement Replacement Project for Archer Western at HJAIA. Oasis oversaw the construction materials field and laboratory testing, as well as the required construction inspections, to meet the QC plan for the projects.

Oasis performed the same services for the Cargo Expansion Site Preparation (2A & 2B) Project for C.W. Matthews-Kelly JV, which was completed in 2020. This project included mass grading for the cargo building pads, the relocation of Sullivan Road, and the installation of site utilities.
